Activate or deactivate a company

Companies in Subscription Manager can be listed as being either active or inactive. A company can be deactivated by an XMPro Administrator if, for example, the company decided not to use XMPro anymore. If a company is deactivated, users in that company will lose their ability to access the system.

If a company is created manually by an XMPro Administrator, the company will be listed as inactive by default. To activate or deactivate companies, follow the steps below:

1. Open the Companies page from the left-hand menu.
2. If the company is already active, select the company that should be deactivated from the list of companies on the Companies page.
3. Click on Deactivate.
4. If the company is not active, click on the View Inactive button on the Companies page.
5. Select the company that should be activated from the list.
6. Click on Activate.
