XMConnect

XMConnectors Allow you to use a Plugin Framework to provide a standard way to connect XMPro (XMConnectors) with third party systems, for example, CRM, Database, and Microsoft Word, etc.

XMIOT

Business Activity Monitoring (BAM) The XMBusiness Activity Monitor is primarily a service which can perform time-based jobs.

XMAutomate The XMAutomate Service has three configuration modes which allow you to schedule tasks, start processes, based on monitoring folders and emails.

XMMobile

An offline option that allows you to sync all offline tasks waiting for their attention prior to departing into a mobile whiteout zone.  These tasks will sync once a network connection has been established.  If when syncing the tasks have already been completed, then the offline mobile sync data will be disregarded.

XMManagement Console

XMManagement Console is an application that is used to administer XMAlert services, settings, and Templates.

Multiple XMAlert services can be created at the same time using the XMAlert Service Installer.

Each instance will be listed in the XMManagment Console Application and can be configured separately.

Templates for both Normal Email Notifications and Digest Email Notifications can be configured inside this application including, each in its separate state, both HTML and Text formatted templates as used by Digest Email Notifications.

XMAlert

Normal Email Notifications allow for asynchronous email sending as tasks are triggered within a process.

These notifications are sent for New, Reminders, and Escalations items. In addition, XMAlert allows for Discussions to be sent out as actions and posts are occurring.
