Action Hub

Application Settings	For more information, click here.
Best Next Action	Allows you to select the Best Next Action option (Chart, iFrame, Questions) for an XMPro process. For more information, click here.
Business Collaboration	XMPro related Discussions, Crowd Questions, and AD-hoc Tasks. For more information, click here.
Decision Support	Providing the end user with Process Goals, Best Next Action, and In-flight Operational Intelligence. For more information, click here.
Generic Data Management	Allows the easy maintenance of database tables without having to create a single activityA specific step in a process.  It will be the user interface for that step (web form or a screen), for example, the Leave Application (screen interface or web form) will be the first Activity in the Leave Requisition process.  The Leave Application Authorization will be the second step or Activity in the Leave Requisition process.  One Process can have multiple activities. for each table. Grids	Allows you to select a grid control which presents complex data sets to end users and to allow them to group, sort and filter the data returned as required. For more information, click here.
Landing Page	Allows you to specify your own startup page versus a site-wide setting. For more information, click here.
Power Pages	Allows you to upload custom pages to XMWorkspace. For more information, click here.

Activity Configuration Wizard	A tool that will help you to set up the primary properties. For more information, click here.
Decision MatrixIs a decision-support tool that allows users to systematically reach a single or multiple outcome conclusion when several conditions and values have to be evaluated. The conclusion is always either one or many user(s) or group(s) of users, depending on how the matrices are configured. Decision Matrix conclusions are typically used to determine process flow routing, i.e. who will be the next to act in the process. Object Configuration Wizard	A configuration Wizard to set the properties of a Field or Object on an Activity. For more information, click here.

Fast Fields	Used to set the value of Fields or Objects on your Activity. For more information, click here.

XMConnect

XMConnectors

Allow you to use a Plugin Framework to provide a standard way to connect XMPro (XMConnectors) with third party systems, for example, CRM, Database, and Microsoft Word, etc. For more information, click here.

XMIOT

Business Activity Monitoring (BAMBusiness Activity Monitor (BAM) is an XMPro component, designed to poll external data sources, file management systems, and internal XMPro information.  Its purpose is to monitor business application data.)	The XMBusiness Activity Monitor is primarily a service which can perform time-based jobs. For more information, click here.
XMAutomate	The XMAutomate Service has three configuration modes which allow you to schedule tasks, start processes, based on monitoring folders and emails. For more information, click here.

XMMobile

An offline option that allows you to sync all offline tasks waiting for their attention prior to departing into a mobile whiteout zone.  These tasks will sync once a network connection has been established.  If when syncing the tasks have already been completed, then the offline mobile sync data will be disregarded.

XMManagement Console

XMManagement Console is an application that is used to administer XMAlert services, settings, and Templates.

Multiple XMAlert services can be created at the same time using the XMAlert Service Installer.

Each instance will be listed in the XMManagment Console Application and can be configured separately.

Templates for both Normal Email Notifications and Digest Email Notifications can be configured inside this application including, each in its separate state, both HTML and Text formatted templates as used by Digest Email Notifications.

XMAlert

Normal Email Notifications allow for asynchronous email sending as tasks are triggered within a process.

These notifications are sent for New, Reminders, and Escalations items. In addition, XMAlert allows for Discussions to be sent out as actions and posts are occurring.
