XMPro Object Configuration Wizard

The XMPro Object Configuration Wizard enables the Configuration Consultant to configure the properties of a Field or Object on an ActivityA specific step in a process.  It will be the user interface for that step (web form or a screen), for example, the Leave Application (screen interface or web form) will be the first Activity in the Leave Requisition process.  The Leave Application Authorization will be the second step or Activity in the Leave Requisition process.  One Process can have multiple activities.. Even though you will achieve the same result by using the Properties Window, this Wizard provides “less technical Consultants” with a more intuitive interface.

How to use the XMPro Object Configuration Wizard

1. Open the relevant Activity. In the previous figure, we are using the Capture Insurance Claim Activity.
2. Set the properties of the Claimant Name This is an existing field. For a new field, drag the required object from the Toolbox and drop into the Work Area.
3. Right-click the relevant field or object – IC1030Name in the previous figure.
4. Click XMPro Wizard. The Object Configuration Wizard window, General Tab will open.

5. Enter the configuration values as required.

6. Click the Options tab.
7. Enter the configuration values as required.
8. Click OK.
9. On the ribbon, click Home tab, and then click Save or press CTRL+S to save your activity.
