In-Flight Operational Intelligence

In-Flight brings both XMPro and third Party information into the process form. The XMPro Chart Wizard can be used or third Party applications, for example, SAP Hana, Cognos, and Qlikview, etc.

Business users can make better process decisions faster. For example, showing a Budget, Actual, and Committed In-Flight chart will help a manager decide on the best options for a purchase order.

Business processes are the best consumers of operational intelligence data. Therefore, we should provide business users operational performance data that will influence their operational and tactical decisions.

Access to real-time intelligence increases revenue drives down costs and improves customer service while maintaining compliance.

Example: In-Flight Operational Intelligence

In-flight Operational Intelligence is configured as part of an Activity. In the following Opportunity Management Process example, we want to display the Risk Probability as part of the Bid Committee Review step or Activity.
