XMPro Life Cycle Management (LCM) updated for process and report configuration support

September 9, 2019 This applies to BPM customers only. Recently there have been a number of situations where a site is not on a supported version of XMPro but have requested amendments to existing processes or creation of new processes. To ensure clarity we have amended the LCM document to include a new column “New and Amended Process and Report Configurations” support.

The result is that XMPro consulting and their partners are committed to supporting processes and reports configured in XMPro BPM 6.1 (limited support) and XMPro BPM 6.5, 6.6 and 6.7 (full support). BPM 6.1 was released in July 2014.

Microsoft continues the process of disabling VBScript

August 27, 2019 The July 2019 cumulative updates for Windows 10 disabled VBScript by default on machines running Windows 10. The August 2019 cumulative updates for Windows 7 Service Pack 1, Windows 8, and Windows 8.1 did the same.

If you have not upgraded to a supported version of XMPro your site could experience interruptions because of the automatic Windows updates. We recommend you discuss with your Account Manager your upgrade options.
