The following list of errors and explanations can help when encountering errors with the XMPro Subscription Manager
1. We could not grant you access to the requested subscription. The client application is not known or is not authorized.
This means that the application you’re trying to access, for example, Action Hub, is not correctly configured in Subscription Manager.
To resolve this, you will need to update the product and subscription details in the Subscription Manager.
2. We could not grant you access to the requested subscription. There is an error determining which application you are signing into. Return to the application and try again.
This error may appear if you are attempting to login via the login page that is not the most recent login page you have navigated to. For example, if you navigate to the Subscription Manager login page, then immediately to Action Hub login page, and then tried to login on the first login page (Subscription Manager) again.
To resolve this, simply close any browser tabs you have open on login pages, then navigate to the one you want to log in to and proceed to authenticate yourself before navigating to another login page.
