Subscription Manager: How to customize Welcome email template

Subscription Manager sends out an email to every new User once their account is ready. The email looks like below:

Follow the instructions below in order to customize or localize this email template:

1. Create a HTML body of Email template you desire
2. Use the following placeholders which will be substituted by SM on runtime:

   a. *|UNAME|*

   b. *|FNAME|*

   c. *|PRODUCT|*

   d. *|PRODUCTURL|*

3. Replace the following file with your template:

   ~/App_Data/Templates/IoTSubscriptionTemplate.html
