XMMobile is Slow when using Windows/Kerberos Authentication

In case, XMMobile runs slower on Windows or Kerberos auth, and IIS version is 7 or greater, follow the steps listed below to decrease the network traffic by persisting the NTLM session instead of authenticating each request.

1. Use command prompt to run following commands
2. cd %SystemRoot%\System32\inetsrv
3. appcmd set config /section:windowsAuthentication /authPersistNonNTLM:true
