Service Account Access to the Database

Problem:

When we use a Windows Service Account as the Application Pool Identity for the Subscription Manager, sometimes we get errors when logging into Subscription Manager.

Troubleshooting Tip:

When we get login errors to the “Subscription Manager” and if we are using a Windows Service Account for the Application Pool Identity, make sure the service account has access to the database and the correct role memberships are configured.

As shown in the above screen for s_XMPro user the corresponding user mappings are configured to resolve the issue.
