“License expired or invalid” error when license is up to date and valid?

Issue:

New license has been applied successfully, but when logging in, system still showing the error message “License expired or invalid”.

Resolution:

This could be because the number of active users has been exceeded or invalid login details used. Check the number of active users allowed for your license, should this be the problem; check if there are any users that can be deactivated to bring your count down inline with your licence or request for an increase in users to your current license by contacting your account manager or [email protected].
