How Do I Resolve the Message: Import Failed: An Error Occurred Importing the Selected Configuration Information from the Specified File?

Issue

I’ve exported a single process (without user information) from a 5.0 site.

When I attempt to import it into a 5.1 site I get the following:

Resolution

You cannot export from a v5.0 site and import into a v5.1 site.

The data structure of the tables is different, the styling options and the new managed code columns and values.

You will need to upgrade using the Site Manager the v5.0 database to export the processes.
