How Do I Resolve the Error when Trying to Deploy Business Rules?

Issue

When trying to deploy the business rules from within the XMDesigner an error is returned:

Resolution

This is because the application pool user under which the XMWorkspace site is running does not have write access to the folder C:\inetpub\wwwroot\[site]\DynamicExecution.

Once provided with write access, the business rules can be successfully deployed:
