How Do I Resolve the Error, Search in Tracking and Archive: String was not recognized as a valid DateTime?

Issue

When you click in the archive or tracking menu the following error is being returned:

String was not recognized as a valid DateTime.

Resolution

Add a culture=”en-**” and uiCulture=”en” to the globalization node within the web.config.

Where en-** is from the list: Culture Options.
