How Do I Grant Process or Access Rights on XMDesigner?

Answer

To be able to have access to a process on XMDesignerIs used to configure XMPro BPM solutions., the user needs to be granted access to it.

This can be done by following these easy steps:

1. Click on File tab and select Options.
2. On the pop-up window, select Administration.
3. Click on (CollectionIs a virtual grouping of Stream Hosts.  All Stream Hosts in a collection are broadcasted the same instructions from the IoT Portal.  This way a Use Case can be mass deployed to all the Stream Hosts in a given Collection.) field and select the editor “…” option.
4. Under the Administrators column, select the user who you want to grant access rights to and go through the six tabs as available.
5. Once the appropriate boxes, like read or write access, have been checked under the ‘Process Groups’, ‘Processes’, ‘Business Groups’, Business Rules’, ‘Connectors’ and ‘Other’ tabs, the user should have access to the respective selections.
