Answer

Configure and setup XMPro to send out email notifications as follows:

  1. Have an Exchange email account created on the corporate network and get the details from the IT administrator.
  2. On the settings tab in the XMDesigner under the XMWorkspace settings, ensure the SmtpServer matches to the name of the machine hosting the email server or the IP address.
  3. Then, the Custom Email Settings needs to be configured (under the settings tab).
