Error When Trying to Reset XMPro User’s Password via Workspace

In the Password reset page, after entering the Use Name, E-mail and Captcha, an error message is shown below.

The value is required.
The parameter ‘address’ cannot be an empty string.
Parameter name: address

Solution:

The following keys (ServerMailAddress and SmtpServer) needs to be populated with the correct values within the Application Settings:
