Problem
When trying to enable Subscription Manager for an Action Hub instance, you may encounter the error
“We could not grant you access to the requested subscription. The client application is not known or is not authorized.”
when being prompted to authenticate with the Subscription Manager instance:
Solution
Try downloading the Installation Profile from the Subscription Manager again to ensure you are using the latest file.
This error can occur if you try using an Installation Profile that was not generated from the same Subscription Manager instance you are trying to target.
