Browse Pages Hanging IE 9.0

Issue

When opening an inline browse page IE9.0 throws an error and reports it has stopped working, an access violation is also reported in the event logs. A screenshot of the error being thrown:

Resolution

Clear all IE browser cache, cookies, form data everything.
