BPM Connector Works in the Action Hub but not in with the Action Agent in Data Streams or the Mobile Application

Scenario:

The BPMBusiness process management (BPM) is a discipline in operations management that uses various methods to discover, model, analyze, measure, improve, optimize, and automate business processes.  BPM focuses on improving corporate performance by managing business processes.  Any combination of methods used to manage a company's business processes is BPM.  Processes can be structured and repeatable or unstructured and variable. Connector configured in an activityA specific step in a process.  It will be the user interface for that step (web form or a screen), for example, the Leave Application (screen interface or web form) will be the first Activity in the Leave Requisition process.  The Leave Application Authorization will be the second step or Activity in the Leave Requisition process.  One Process can have multiple activities. works in the Action Hub, however the activity returns “Null Reference Exception” in either the Mobile application  or in a Data StreamConsists of a combination of Stream Objects allowing real-time data to flow through. It is created to address a particular use case. using the Action AgentIs a Stream Object that is responsible to consume events in a stream to perform possible internal or external/third-party actions (e.g. data warehouse updates, sending notifications etc.).  Once an event is consumed by an Action Agent, its relative response is pushed back onto the stream, upon which further processing is done (if required). which connects to the same process.

Solution:

As the Mobile application or Data Stream Action Agent is connected to the BPM API, this BPM API is running in a different application instance of Internet Information Services to the Action Hub. Therefore, it is required to deploy the same exact copy of the BPM Connector DLL file in the BPM API bin folder to resolve the above error message.
