Action Page Not Responding

Issue

The page does not respond when the user clicks on any of the process tiles in the Actions page for both the New and To Do lists. Javascript errors appear in the Browser Development Tools Console.

Cause

The user directly accessed the TaskNavigation.aspx page rather than via main.aspx.

Resolution

In the address bar of the browser, type http://<server name>/<XMPro site>/main.aspx and navigate back to Actions from the XMPro Workspace (Menu > Tasks > Actions).
